Dr. Alan T. Tran received his master’s degree in medicine at the University of Oklahoma. He completed his post-graduate training in general surgery as a resident of the University of Nevada, then as chief physician at the university.
He also spent his post-graduate training in plastic and reconstructive surgery as a resident of the University of Texas Medical Branch, then as chief physician at the university.
Dr. Tran has been fellowship trained in microsurgery of the Baylor College of Medicine, post-ablative cancer reconstructive microsurgery / from the MD Anderson Cancer Center, and cosmetic surgery at the staff of plastic surgery.
